I am a family, trauma, relationship, and behavioral life coach, guiding individuals to personal transformation, deeper love, and connection to their true self.
I am passionate about helping individuals on a paths of self-betterment, and families who wish to make changes towards deeper connection and love as a family unit.
My approach is trauma-informed and highly intuitive; I am guided by my own lived experience and deep study of trauma. With love, compassion, and acceptance, I listen deeply and seek to understand what one’s soul is striving to communicate – and teach you how to listen to yourself, your loved ones, and the lessons Life has for you.

My Work with Families
I am passionate about working with families who struggle to connect —with misunderstood children, children who may present with behavioral or emotional challenges, or be considered “neurodivergent” with diagnoses such as ADHD and autism, perhaps children who have gone through trauma, or simply parents who struggle with the challenges of parenting.
I was once a misunderstood child myself, a sensitive and emotional child, who experienced a lot of turmoil and emotional neglect because my caregivers did not know how to care for me.
I believe all behaviors are attempts at communicating unmet needs. My work is to help understand what a child is truly trying to communicate, and translate this back to the caregiver.
I do this through one-on-one sessions with the child and one-on-one sessions with the parent(s).
Children are incredible teachers, and we can learn so much from them. However, sometimes the lessons come as frustrations and challenges when we don’t understand them (why is my child biting other children? Why is my child crying all the time?). I help parents and caregivers to better understand how to care for their children, and oftentimes, it comes full circle to teaching parents how to love themself, and their own inner child, more deeply.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and have many years of childcare experience, as a swim teacher, art teacher, nanny, preschool teacher, and caretaker for family members. My own personal healing journey led me to extensive study in trauma and holistic approaches to wellness. While my work is deeply intuitive and personalized, I integrate elements from a variety of modalities, including parts work, Internal Family Systems, somatic experiencing, nutrition, and inner child healing. I love to incorporate art, movement, and creativity into my sessions.
My Work with Individuals
I am passionate about working with individuals who are on a path of personal growth and self-betterment, people who want to grow and live in alignment with their soul’s true purpose. I have a passion for working with people who feel there are parts of themself that are difficult or impossible to love, and those who have struggled with identity, gender, sexuality, depression, and self-acceptance.
I trust my story will resonate with the right people I am meant to connect with. Please reach out if you feel called to work with me.
